Synopsis: Rain is part of an all-female tribe of Amazonian warriors. They fight off all men that try to come into their land, and they try to “be one with nature.” Although Rain’s mother is the queen of the tribe, and Rain should be her successor, she receives a glimpse of her future as a fugitive fleeing her own tribe. Rain struggles to become the best rider and warrior, and as she accomplishes this, she still cannot gain the approval of her mother or her comrades. Rain has to fight for her right to be queen as well as to have freedom from the strictness of the tribe.
