Synopsis: Cherry Ames is a young nurse in the 1950s who works at a clinic consulting patients and transcribing examination recordings for the handsome Dr. Wilkinson. Cherry is kidnapped and forced to aid some criminals in surgery. Once she escapes and tells Dr. Wilkinson about the kidnapping, Wilkinson insists Cherry had been dreaming, and Cherry doesn’t know what to believe. Cherry tries to solve the mystery of her kidnapper, the surgery she assisted, and why she was the one involved.
